Automatically Setting the Acoustic E ects for the Room (ROOM EQ)

The system measures the test signal emitted from the speakers using the microphone supplied with the

system and automatically sets the optimum acoustic e ect for the size of the room and the location in

which the stereo is installed. You can also combine this with the TONE e ects.

ROOM EQ (Room Equalizer)

The system measures the acoustic characteristics using the microphone

supplied with the system and automatically sets the following acoustic

e ects:

The sound delay from speakers

The volume level di erence between the left and right speakers

The speaker frequency characteristics and the acoustic

characteristics in the room

The speakers emit a

very loud test signal

during the measurement.

Carefully consider

the impact on your

neighbors and on

children, particularly at

night.

The e ect of the Room Equalizer function

between the speakers and the

microphone.
